Acting as Customer Success Manager, you would directly report to the Senior Director of Customer Success. Based on your experience, you are capable of driving revenue growth by leading targeted accounts through the entire buyer’s journey and can comfortably engage with all levels of prospects across multiple industries, using all available mediums. Specific experience in selling into Security Operations/Threat Hunting Teams is a plus. 


Tasks and Responsibilities


Act as a strategic partner with security executives and practitioners across various organizations within an assigned territory of American organizations
Assist clients with platform onboarding and utilization to drive exceptional customer experience
Identify and understand customer needs and effectively communicate how SOC Prime Platform will meet those needs, influencing strategic direction and buying decisions. 
Develop a Customer Success plan and report on its progress and overall achievements with quarterly value reports to clients
Drive consistent engagement with clients to deliver value on their security-critical priorities
Manage, renew, and grow client accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Collaborate with customers and Marketing team to deliver published Customer Success Stories (Case Studies) and Gartner Peer Insights reviews 

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
At least 3+ years of experience in a professional setting, preferably with evidence of prior success in Customer Success and Sales, B2B
Proven demonstration of intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales acumen
Exceptional prioritization and time management skills   
Exemplary negotiation and closing skills
Team-oriented and strong ability to partner with peers to maintain a culture of collaboration, success, and reward
Experience in the security and security operations markets is strongly preferred
