In a bid to revolutionize information security training and make it more engaging and memorable for employees, Ivan Milenkovic, group CISO at WebHelp, advises firms to adopt gamification and interactive content in corporate training to make it more accessible and memorable for employees.

In a rapidly evolving cybersecurity landscape, the traditional compliance-based training approach remains inadequate. Ivan urges organizations break free from outdated check-box exercises and invest in more modern methods that leverage interactivity.
“Gamification is the key,” Milankovitch said. “We live in an era where everything is quick and dynamic, and training must keep pace with that. It’s time to move beyond dry PowerPoint slides and embrace interactive content that appeals to employees.”
