Leading transformation efforts at global customer data science firm Dunnhumby, Booth stressed the value of having a strong foundation and strategic partnerships to support long-term security goals.

“You don’t always have to be right. Definitely not, but I think you have to be able to fight your corner when you need to,” Booth said. Developing cross-functional relationships and tackling each obstacle with foresight has helped Booth stay effective through each phase of transformation.
